Help support the mission of the Virginia Beach Art Center by donating art to our auction.

​Fundraiser Dates: September 5 - 14, 2025

8/7             Submission Deadline
8/26           Drop off of pieces selected for display in classroom                  
9/5              Online Auction begins at 9am
9/14            Bidding ends at 5pm
​9/15            Notify winning bidders and donors who sold
9/16 - 17     Drop off by donors, 10am - 4pm        
9/19 - 20    Pick up by winning bidders, 10am - 4pm

​Items for donation may include original fine art, fine art prints (valued at $75 or more), vintage jewelry, high-end collectibles and small estate items.  

Liability and Permission:
By submitting your donation, you understand and agree to the following:
  • You are transferring ownership of the item to the Virginia Beach Art Center.
  • The Virginia Beach Art Center and The Artists Gallery are not responsible and cannot be held liable for any damages to artworks/items. 
  • The Art Center will use images of the item(s) for marketing purposes.

GENERAL RULES
  • Selected pieces will be on view in the classroom during the online auction.
  • Starting bids begin at 40% of full value 
  • There will be no shipping, all artwork must be dropped off and picked up in person.
  • This is a curated auction, not all works may be accepted.
  • All works must be free of copyright infringement. 
  • Artworks, mats and frames should be in good and clean condition. Please make sure all chips, dings and smudges are addressed before submitting.
  • Works must be labeled on back with title, artist, and medium. and suggested value.
  • VB Art Center is a community gallery. All artworks should be suitable for viewers of all ages.
  • Please ensure that all photos being submitted are crisp and the artwork is shown clearly. For this artist call only, if piece is framed, please include frame in photo, so bidders can see full auction item.
  • If your donation is not sold during the auction it will remain with you.
