Class Policies

We want to work with students as much as possible. We want you in our studios creating! 
​At the same time, instructors are contracted and paid, supplies are ordered, and schedules are made based on class registrations. ​

Refund Policy

  • All requests for refunds must be emailed to [email protected]​
  • Written cancellations, received 10 or more days prior to class start date, are eligible for a refund of tuition minus a 15% fee. 
  • If refund request is received less than 10 days prior to class start date, no refund will be provided unless there are extenuating circumstances approved by managers. Approved refunds will be refunded tuition minus a 15% fee.  
  • No refund requests will be accepted after the class start date. 
  • "Gift Tuition" will only be refunded to the original purchaser. Once Gift Tuition is applied to a class, the regular cancellation policy applies.

Missed Class Sessions

  • If a student misses a class, no portion of tuition will be refunded.

Class Handbook and Forms

​Art Class Waiver and Photo Release:
All students must sign the class waiver and photo release. If participants do not wish for their photo to be taken or used they must inform the instructor at the beginning of the class.
Pottery Class Handbook, Waiver and Photo Release:
Everyone who uses the pottery studio must read and verify that they understand and agree to abide by the pottery policies and procedures. Please download the Bailey Ceramic Studio Handbook. Print out the Handbook Acknowledgement Page and the class waiver.  Sign and submit both when you attend your first class or open studio.

Inclement Weather

We DO NOT follow local school systems for inclement weather decisions. If you are unsure about whether or not your class is proceeding as scheduled, please contact your instructor prior to coming to the studio.

Class Tuition

You'll see that there are two different fees listed for class tuition. Our Annual Supporters receive discounted tuition.
