Artists who have never used CAFE before may find these tips helpful:
  • First create an artist account.  You’ll include your name, contact information, etc.  Proofread carefully, as this information is used to automatically populate the fields in your submission.
  • Second:  Upload your art into your artist portfolio on the site (again, proof it all carefully—it automatically populates for the submission.)
  • Third:  Find the call in CAFE by searching for H2O or Virginia Beach Art Center (By the way, "O" is the letter O, not the number.)
  • Fourth:  Follow the directions to apply.  Proofread everything carefully!
  • The last step will be a payment page within the CAFE website.
If you have questions, you can contact us…

If you have technical difficulty with setting up your information in CAFE, you should use their help/support link for guidance.
