Reminder - Pay the entry fee at the bottom of this page. Payment must be received before the submission deadline.

All entries will undergo a jury process. 
Accepted artworks will be posted on the website Artist Call page on Friday November 1st.
Accepted works must be delivered on Tuesday November 14th, between 11 am-4 pm.
​All artworks must be picked up by Tuesday January 2nd, 11am - 4pm.

Reminders:
  • Late deliveries will not be accepted.  If you cannot make the 4 pm deadline, please contact us to arrange an EARLY drop off the Sunday before. 
  • Check your artwork to ensure that hanging wires are TIGHT and frames/mats are in PRISTINE condition.  All hanging works need wires to work properly with our hanging system.
  • Presentation must be professional and not detract from the artwork.  
  • Gallery wrapped canvases that are 1" or wider must be painted on the sides with either the painting wrapping around or with a complimentary color. No visible staples on the sides of the canvas. 
  • NEW! Paintings on 3/4" canvas or smaller MUST HAVE A FRAME.
  • Hanging wires must be tight across, and near the top 1/3 of the frame. NO SAWTOOTH HANGERS!
  • Attach a label to the back of the work with Artist name, Title and Medium.
  • The standards committee reserves the right to reject pieces for craft-issues, poor presentation (i.e., damaged frames) or if the delivered artwork differs significantly from the submission image.  Please put your best "professional artist" foot forward.
​​​​On the payment page, you'll see there are two fees, one for Annual Supporters and members of the Artists Gallery ($25) and one for non-supporters/non-members ($30). Please use the button for your appropriate fee.  

Only one entry fee should be paid per artist per exhibition (entry fee covers entry for up to 3 artworks per artist).
